Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them or before they are shipped, whichever occurs first.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at care@tanishpharma.com with your order details.
After Dispatch:
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our return and refund terms below.
For safety and hygiene reasons, pharmaceutical and healthcare products cannot be returned once delivered, except in the following situations:
The item received is damaged, defective, or expired.
You have received a different product than the one ordered.
If any of the above applies, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to care@tanishpharma.com.
Kindly include your order number, clear images of the product, and the outer packaging to help us verify and resolve the issue promptly.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued as follows:
Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer after receiving the necessary account details.
Note: Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Opened or partially used products.
Products returned without original packaging.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers (unless defective).
