All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take additional time for delivery.
Free shipping is available for orders above ₹499 (or as per current promotions).
For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee may apply, which will be displayed during checkout.
We partner with trusted courier and logistics services to ensure timely and secure delivery across India.
In rare cases of unavoidable delays (such as weather, courier issues, or local restrictions), we’ll keep you informed via email or SMS.
For safety and hygiene reasons, pharmaceutical and healthcare products are not eligible for return, except in the cases listed below:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

After inspection and approval, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued through bank transfer after collecting necessary details.
Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
